Job Summary:

The Lifestyle Directoris responsible for the daily operations and execution of lifestyle programming and activities within the community. This includes organizing social events, seasonal offerings such as summer camp, facility oversight, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and wellness, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Arch Amenities Group Experience by upholding our mission, values, and brand standards.
  • Plan, develop, and execute a calendar of lifestyle activities, classes, and community events.
  • Design and implement creative, themed programs and community events for residents of all ages.
  • Create marketing materials and weekly newsletters to promote programming within the community.
  • Supervise and support lifestyle staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage daily facility operations and ensure all areas are clean, safe, and organized.
  • Maintain supply inventories and order event supplies and program materials.
  • Ensure proper completion of registration and liability forms for all applicable programs.
  • Understand and communicate rules and guidelines for activities and facility usage.
  • Foster a welcoming environment and maintain open communication and positive rapport with residents and guests.
  • Report all incidents, accidents, or concerns to the Lifestyle Director promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed (CPR/First Aid certification required).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recreation, lifestyle programming, hospitality, or events coordination preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and lead engaging, safe activities and events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and comfort with interpreting guidelines, instructions, and manuals.
  • Ability to perform basic math and interpret data (e.g., budgets, participation metrics).
  • CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
