This genuinely independent global network continues to expand, building specialist teams around the world’s most recognised consumer brands.

This is the world’s largest independent brand agency, with offices global and a client portfolio spanning major global FMCG giants and the challenger brands disrupting them.

The Role

You’ll direct creative vision and execution for the care and beauty practice within a structured four-pod model. This means owning category direction while collaborating strategically with creative directors and client service leads to influence output across functional teams. You’ll present work to senior stakeholders and guide concepts from brief to execution with immediate creative authority.

The scope puts you at the centre of a New York studio that’s part of a global network, working on brands at the calibre the agency delivers for household names like premium spirits, confectionery giants, and emerging beauty accounts. You’ll have cross-collaboration opportunities across all global offices while maintaining deep focus in your specialist area.
