Summary:
As the Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for curating and executing a robust program of activities and events that engage and enrich the lives of our members and guests. From fitness and wellness programs to court sports and cultural events, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant and dynamic resort lifestyle atmosphere.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities that cater to a wide range of interests and preferences, including but not limited to fitness, wellness, court sports, cultural events, pet events, themed events, social clubs and groups, and social gatherings.
  • Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors to bring unique and engaging experiences to the community.
  • Collaborating with other departments, including sales and the builder team, to ensure a seamless delivery of all programs and events.
  • Actively seeking and incorporating feedback from members to continually improve and evolve the program offerings.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our program offerings remain robust and relevant.
  • Working closely with the sales team to promote community events and activities, and provide concierge-style assistance to residents.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events and special occasions, from start to finish.
Ideal candidate possess:
  • A proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and activities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • A positive, flexible, and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
