2B Market Intelligence & Outreach Specialist

Location: Irvine, CA | 100% Onsite
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment: Full-time

Position Summary

Quest International is seeking a confident B2B Outreach Specialist to research companies, contact business decision-makers, identify potential service opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

This is a high-volume, phone-based position requiring approximately 80–120 outbound business calls per day. It is not a remote, social media, graphic design, content creation, or general administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to businesses and decision-makers.
  • Introduce Quest International and explain its technical service capabilities.
  • Ask structured questions to identify business needs and potential opportunities.
  • Research companies, industries, contacts, and target markets.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
  • Document call results, objections, contact information, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and spreadsheet records.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to support research and outreach preparation.
  • Meet daily goals for calls, conversations, follow-ups, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Professional experience in B2B outreach, cold calling, lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls throughout the workday.
  • Strong professional phone, written communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Experience speaking with business contacts and decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking tools.
  • Strong research, documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work onsite in a KPI-driven environment.
