This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your preferred location while maintaining a work-life balance. You will engage with clients through our advanced telehealth platform, equipped with user-friendly tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive client assessments using standardized intake procedures to develop effective care plans.
• Create, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that cater to clients’ specific mental health needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.
• Effectively manage crisis situations with compassion and professionalism, utilizing de-escalation techniques appropriate to the client's needs.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing insights to enhance therapeutic strategies and client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging research in mental health.

Your primary focus will be on pre-screened, low-acuity clients who are motivated to engage in therapy and improve their mental health. This may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other common concerns. You will have the opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and rapport as you guide clients through their therapeutic journeys. • Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Strong capability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, efficiency in managing caseload, and a commitment to client-centered care.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings.
• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with the technology used to deliver virtual therapy.
• Specialized training or certification in modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Alongside a generous salary, our benefits include:
