To thrive as a Life Coach, you need a deep understanding of coaching techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and often a relevant certification such as ICF or similar credentials. Familiarity with coaching frameworks, assessment tools, and client management platforms is typically required. Exceptional listening, empathy, and motivational skills help Life Coaches stand out by fostering trust and inspiring clients. These abilities are crucial for effectively guiding individuals through personal or professional growth and achieving meaningful results.

What are some common challenges faced by Life Coach professionals when supporting clients through major personal transformations?
