As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while also having access to our outpatient office as needed. Our structured virtual environment eliminates administrative burdens, allowing you to dedicate your time and expertise to client care. You will be part of a remote team that values communication and collaboration, ensuring that support is always available.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs effectively.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, ensuring that strategies are tailored to each client.
• Leading therapy sessions focused on measurable outcomes, utilizing evidence-based practices and tools.
• Providing crisis intervention to clients in distress, employing empathy and crisis management techniques to ensure their safety.
• Participating in continuous professional development and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and modalities.

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients who are seeking support for various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. These clients have been pre-screened to ensure that you are able to provide effective therapeutic interventions without the stress of high-acuity cases, allowing you to focus on building therapeutic rapport and achieving positive outcomes.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine client-centered approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote environment.

Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in clinical settings, particularly those focused on outpatient services, will be favored. Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy will enhance your fit for this role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, based on relevant experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
