Job Summary
The Regional Representative for Life Action Ministries serves as the primary liaison between the ministry's central leadership and local communities within the designated region. This role focuses on promoting the mission of Life Action Ministries, building relationships, coordinating program events and scheduling, and ensuring the effective implementation of ministry initiatives. The Director role will also include being an approved communicator for Life Action Ministries sponsored events.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Community Engagement & Outreach
    • Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, churches, and organizations to expand Life Action Ministries' presence.
    • Represent Life Action Ministries at events, conferences, and community gatherings.
    • Foster collaboration between the local Christian communities and Life Action Ministries.
    • Be a representative of Life Action in area churches for such things as pulpit supply, pre-summits, and other opportunities as they arise.
  2. Program Implementation & Oversight
    • Coordinate and implement Life Action Ministries programs in conjunction with the home office, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
    • Monitor and report on program outcomes and community impact.
    • Provide training and support to local leaders and volunteers as appropriate.
  3. Leadership & Advocacy
    • Act as a spiritual and organizational leader within the region.
    • Advocate for the needs of the region to the central leadership of Life Action Ministries.
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop local leaders and volunteers as appropriate.
  4. Administrative Duties
    • Prepare regular reports on regional activities and program progress.
    • Manage regional budgets and ensure financial accountability.
    • Maintain accurate records of ministry activities, partnerships, and outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A strong personal faith and commitment to the mission and values of Life Action Ministries.
  • Proven experience in leadership, community engagement, or program management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the goals of Life Action Ministries.
  • Proficiency in [language(s)] relevant to the region if applicable.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Compensation
Compensation for this position is funded through Ministry Partner Development (MPD). A salary goal will be established, and Life Action Ministries will provide the training, coaching, and resources needed to help you build a team of ministry partners to reach that goal.
All approved ministry-related business expenses are covered by Life Action Ministries.
