Job Title: Program Analyst Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking to hire a Program Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PgMO) within the Bureau of Diplomatic Security's Chief Information Officer (CIO) organization at the U.S. Department of State. The Program Analyst will provide comprehensive program management and analytical support to the PgMO Front Office and its portfolio of information technology programs and initiatives

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that supports a broad range of activities, including program management, financial and resource management, IT quality assurance, Agile software development, acquisition and contract support, software licensing, risk management, performance reporting, governance, and process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with program managers, IT professionals, CORs, contracting and acquisition personnel, financial staff, vendors, and senior leadership. The position requires someone who can operate effectively in a complex environment, manage competing priorities, identify issues and dependencies, and translate detailed program information into clear, actionable information for leadership.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical professional who can see the big picture while managing the details and who enjoys working across multiple facets of program management and IT operations. Responsibilities: - Provide program management and analytical support to the PgMO Front Office and IT portfolio. - Develop and maintain executive briefings, dashboards, reports, metrics, and other management products.

- Support financial and resource management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource planning. - Support IT quality assurance, performance management, and Agile software development activities. - Assist with acquisition and contract activities, including supporting CORs with deliverable, milestone, funding, and contract tracking.

- Support software licensing, procurement, renewals, and related requirements. - Track program risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and action items and provide recommendations to leadership. - Support PgMO governance, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional working groups.

- Develop and improve PgMO processes, procedures, templates, and management tools. - Coordinate responses to leadership taskers, data calls, and other time-sensitive requirements. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

- 3+ years of experience in program, project, or business analysis. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Experience developing reports, presentations, dashboards, or other management products.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Desired: - Experience supporting a PMO/PgMO or Federal government IT programs.

- Familiarity with Agile software development. - Experience with financial management, acquisition/contract support, CORs, or software licensing. - Experience with IT governance, quality assurance, or portfolio management.

- Experience supporting senior leadership or an organizational front office. - Familiarity with the Department of State or other Federal government environments. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
