About the Opportunity

TalentoHC is partnering with a leading global publisher and developer of interactive entertainment to identify an Associate Licensing Manager to support licensing initiatives related to core gaming IPs across the Americas and select international markets. This role coordinates day-to-day account activities, supports licensing agreements, tracks budgets and targets, and assists with partner compliance. The Associate Licensing Manager also helps facilitate communication with licensors and affiliates and contributes to maintaining brand consistency across the company's portfolio of IPs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented licensing professional with strong contract fluency, sharp analytical instincts, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, licensors, and international partners in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of licensee deals throughout their lifecycle, including tracking contractual compliance, coordinating launches, and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with Licensing leadership to support departmental objectives and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and gaming market activity to help identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in analyzing licensee performance through sales tracking, forecasts, and basic competitive analysis to share observations with leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international partners, including participation in regular approval and alignment meetings.
  • Support sales planning by consolidating projections and assisting with validation of quarterly results.
  • Contribute to licensee recruitment efforts, including participating in research, idea generation, and market analysis.
  • Assist in the development of brand style guides in collaboration with internal teams and licensors.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to support promotional planning across owned stores and key retail partners.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in licensing or related industry experience.
  • Strong proficiency in reviewing licensing contracts and fluency in negotiating key business terms.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including experience developing clear and effective presentation decks.
  • Strong teamwork skills, experienced with collaborating with other stakeholders.
  • Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
