Manager, Agency & ProductionAbout the Role

Post Consumer Brands is seeking a Manager, Agency & Production to join our in-house Studio—a collaborative Creative and Operations team dedicated to building, supporting, and elevating a portfolio of iconic brands, including Pebbles™, Honey Bunches of Oats®, Kibbles ’n Bits®, and Nutrish®.

This role serves as the critical connection between internal stakeholders and external creative and strategic partners. As the Manager, Agency & Production, you will oversee agency relationships, lead campaign-level creative production, and manage key business affairs considerations to ensure all consumer-facing content is delivered efficiently, compliantly, on brand, and at the highest quality standards.

While our internal design team produces the majority of always-on content—including social media, retail media, packaging, and digital-first assets—this role is responsible for ensuring all campaign-related content, regardless of who produces it, is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

This is a highly collaborative, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative, production, operations, and partnership management.

What You'll DoAgency & Partner Management
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for creative and strategic agency partners.
  • Manage scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure accountability and strong partnerships.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and alignment throughout campaign development.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize agency engagement, improve efficiency, and maximize value.
Campaign Production Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end production for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including video, digital, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless execution of campaign deliverables developed by both internal and external creative teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate briefs into production plans and execution strategies.
  • Maintain accountability for project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
Content Oversight & Integration
  • Oversee campaign content to ensure consistency in brand expression and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate efforts between internal Studio teams and external partners to support flawless asset integration.
  • Proactively identify and resolve gaps, risks, and alignment issues throughout the content development process.
Business Affairs, Rights & Licensing
  • Manage talent rights, licensing agreements, and usage requirements associated with campaign and production work.
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper scoping, documentation, and compliance related to talent agreements, font licensing, and content usage rights.
  • Maintain expertise in business affairs considerations, including licensing renewals, usage restrictions, music rights, talent agreements, and contractual obligations that impact production timelines and budgets.
Operational Excellence
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of decisions, action items, and project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Brand, IMC, Insights, and other key stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
  • Build trusted relationships that enable effective collaboration and high-quality execution.
  • Serve as a liaison across creative, production, and marketing teams to drive clarity and alignment.
