Job Listing: Warehouse Associate
Location: On-Site, NW Houston, TX 77041
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their team and support daily warehouse operations. This role involves storing materials, picking, packing and ensuring accuracy in inventory and shipments. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Complete daily transfers to our multiple locations.
  • Receive and process incoming stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain audit-ready accuracy
  • Keep a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members
  • Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, perform preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and quality service standards
Skills
  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and logistics methods
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and consistently
  • Valid forklift license (required)
