Library/Technology Resource Assistant

Mt Mansfield Union High School is seeking an affable, energetic and committed individual to work as a Library/Technology Resource Assistant. This position requires enthusiasm, independence, flexibility, strong student–adult rapport, good organizational and time management skills as well as an ability to communicate with students, adults, counselors, administration and parents as necessary. Additionally, the candidate will be enthusiastic about working with students and have the ability to provide individual, extra help and/or direct students to school resources for assistance.

Duties include:

  • Supervising students,
  • Maintaining and updating the MMUHS website
  • Using & maintaining the cataloging system
  • Maintains familiarity with electronic resources and tools available in the library - website, research databases, ebooks & audiobooks, research pathfinders, cameras, iPads and computers, ereaders and other equipment
