What are library rates?

Library rates refer to the standard licensing fees charged by stock image, music, or video libraries for the use of their content in various projects. These rates are typically predetermined and published in a rate card, allowing clients to understand the cost of using specific assets based on factors like duration, distribution, and audience size.
