Technical Program Manager
Location: Coppell, Texas (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support a large-scale Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) modernization initiative spanning Data Delivery, AI/ML Insights, Infrastructure, Google Transformation, and Cross-Program Integration workstreams. The TPM will be responsible for program governance, executive reporting, financial oversight, RAID management, dependency management, agile delivery coordination, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This individual will partner closely with technology teams, business leaders, PMO leadership, and external delivery partners to drive successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain executive-level reporting, including Steering Committee decks, KPI scorecards, and program health scorecards with RAG status.
  • Manage program financials, including tracking actuals versus plan, managing forecasts, analyzing resource needs, and escalating budget risks.
  • Oversee RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, maintaining registers and ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Drive the agile delivery cadence, including sprint, release, and quarterly planning, and lead milestone gate reviews with clear Go/No-Go criteria.
  • Maintain the inter-program dependency register and own the escalation path for delivery risks affecting downstream programs.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to mitigate dependencies and promote continuous integration and delivery.
  • Coordinate with external delivery partners and oversee project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, leading complex, large-scale technology programs. This includes experience with multi-workstream program delivery, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Google Cloud Platform-based modernization programs, including data, AI/ML, or infrastructure workstreams.
  • Strong technical operations experience, with familiarity in infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery.
  • Expertise in program governance frameworks, RAID management, budget tracking, and financial management within a program context.
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalents, and AI tools like Claude or equivalents.
  • Strong advocacy for agile principles with hands-on experience driving agile delivery across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Looker, Spanner, Kong AI Gateway, or GML frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ML pipeline delivery and BI modernization programs.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
  • Experience working in a managed services or MSP-driven delivery model.
