Sr. Programmer AnalystSalary Range: $100k to $150k Overview
A leading organization is seeking a Sr. Programmer Analyst to support and optimize enterprise digital analytics and data collection initiatives. This role will focus on implementing scalable tagging solutions, managing analytics infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and supporting cross-functional digital experience initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with enterprise tag management platforms, analytics ecosystems, and front-end technologies, along with expertise in governance, privacy compliance, and event-driven data architectures.
Key ResponsibilitiesTag Management & Analytics Implementation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain tagging solutions across digital platforms using enterprise tag management systems including:
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Collection / Adobe Launch
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Tealium
    • Other enterprise tagging platforms
  • Configure and manage tag properties, rules, and workflows across multiple domains and environments
  • Support publishing processes and library management within AEP Data Collection
  • Design and execute scalable analytics tracking strategies and tagging standards
Data Collection & Analytics Architecture
  • Implement and maintain event-driven analytics frameworks including:
    • EDDL
    • AdobeDataLayer
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient data collection across digital properties
  • Partner with stakeholders to define tracking requirements and data layer specifications
  • Support enterprise customer journey and digital analytics initiatives
Testing, Debugging & Data Quality
  • Conduct validation, QA testing, and debugging of analytics implementations
  • Troubleshoot tagging and tracking issues to ensure data integrity and platform performance
  • Monitor analytics accuracy and tracking consistency across web environments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with:

  • Strong experience with:
    • Tag implementation
