Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager (Embedded & Electronics)

Locations: Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new clients in the Embedded services for the specified verticals and actionize plans to build quick revenue streams.
  • Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1's) in North America in order to generate new business and to build relationships
  • Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competencies
  • Align to Embedded BU revenue targets for each Quarter.
  • Responsible for Key Client development, working with the wider business to maximize business potential from each client relationship for sustained growth
  • Manage account level governance for sustained growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Total 10 to 15 years of industrial experience in Embedded, pre-sales and client solution management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development, preferably with an Embedded & electronics service line. Managerial experience in client management, customer engagement and account mining.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Experience in handling contracts and NDA's.
  • Should have done at least 10 to 15 MUSD sales in Embedded area.
