PositionSummary:Toassistthelibrarymediaspecialistwithoffice/clericalduties,locating,circulating,andshelvinglibrarymaterials.SupportsthemissionoftheLibraryandInstructionalMediaProgramandpromotesaccesstolibraryresourcesbyprovidingtechnicalassistancetothelibrarymediaspecialist and assistance to teachers, students, and other patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
48 hours of approved college credit, an associate degree from an accredited school, orsuccessfulcompletion of a district approved highly qualified test preferred
Experience:

One (1) year experience working with children preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stoop, bend, stretch
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders or stepstools to reach upper shelves
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.:
Proficient or willing to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
