Position Summary

The Graphic Designer (Creative Graphics) is responsible for creating visually compelling marketing and branding materials that support lead generation, customer engagement, recruiting efforts, and overall company growth. This role serves as the creative execution arm of the marketing team, producing high-quality graphics across digital, print, social media, advertising, vehicle wraps, signage, presentations, internal communications, and promotional materials.

This position is designed to bridge creative execution with business objectives, ensuring all visual content strengthens brand awareness, supports marketing initiatives, maintains consistency across all divisions, and contributes to measurable business results.

A successful Graphic Designer is highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, and accountable. They understand that great design is not measured solely by appearance, but by its ability to communicate messages clearly, strengthen brand recognition, support lead generation, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.

This individual proactively manages multiple projects, maintains brand integrity across all channels, collaborates effectively with marketing and operational teams, and ensures creative assets are delivered accurately, professionally, and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

  • Design digital and print marketing materials that support company growth initiatives.
  • Create advertisements for social media, paid search, display advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, and traditional media.
  • Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, blogs, and online promotions.
  • Design sales collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, proposal templates, and customer-facing materials.
  • Create recruiting materials to support employment branding and hiring campaigns.
  • Produce event materials including banners, signage, trade show displays, and promotional products.
  • Design vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, uniforms, and branded merchandise.
  • Develop internal communication materials supporting company initiatives and team member engagement.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all creative assets maintain consistent brand standards across all companies and divisions.
  • Manage company logos, brand guidelines, graphic libraries, and visual assets.
  • Support brand refresh initiatives and visual identity enhancements.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, imagery, typography, colors, and overall presentation.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Create creative assets for PPC, social media, retargeting, email marketing, and website campaigns.
  • Design social media graphics and content assets.
  • Support video production efforts with thumbnails, graphic overlays, animations, and supporting visual elements.
  • Develop creative materials designed to improve engagement and campaign performance.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business priorities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, customer experience, recruiting, and operations teams to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control procedures.
  • Participate in campaign planning and creative strategy discussions.
  • Communicate project timelines, progress, and resource needs effectively.

Production & Vendor Coordination

  • Prepare production-ready artwork for print, signage, apparel, vehicle wraps, and promotional products.
  • Review proofs and production materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Monitor final deliverables for brand compliance and production quality.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on graphic design trends, software updates, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Recommend improvements to creative assets, branding initiatives, and marketing materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and creative effectiveness.
