Kids Company currently have openings for:
Wraparound Youth Guidance Staff
Hours available before and after the regular school day




Kids Company / Wraparound is a childcare program located at Chatfield Elementary that provides a safe, supervised recreational and enriching play environment for children preschool through sixth grade. The staff, program, and facilities create a warm and secure environment for channeling the child's energies and meeting individual needs.
Activities include arts & crafts, reading, nature activities, sports, games, field trips, swimming pool during the summer, library visits, service learning projects and more.
Criminal Background Check is required upon hiring:
Effective on January 1st, 1996 the District put into place the requirement of a background check on all possible new hires.  The MN School Board Association verified that this rule does include all staff as well as substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and coaches.  Minnesota Statute 123B.03 states fees incurred from this request are the responsibility of the individual and not the District requesting such.
