Job Summary
Wilmot Modular Structures is seeking a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Content Specialist to support our growing marketing and media efforts. This role will help capture, edit, organize, and publish photo and video content across Wilmot Modular Structures' jobsites, company initiatives, social media channels, and our business-meets-golf show, Modular Impact.
The ideal candidate has experience with filming, photography, video editing, social media content creation, and basic marketing storytelling. This person should be comfortable working in the field, visiting jobsites throughout the region, coordinating with internal teams, and turning real company activity into polished, engaging content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating professional content, understands how to capture attention online, and wants to be part of a growing company with a unique story to tell.
Job Responsibilities
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of modular buildings, container offices, storage containers, jobsite deliveries, installations, completed projects, and company events.
  • Travel to jobsites throughout the region to gather visual content for marketing, sales, social media, and internal communications.
  • Support the production of Modular Impact, Wilmot's golf simulator-based business and charity show.
  • Assist with filming, setup, behind-the-scenes content, guest content, and promotional clips for Modular Impact.
  • Edit short-form videos for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Create polished photo and video assets for use on the company website, sales materials, digital brochures, email campaigns, and paid ads.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute weekly content priorities.
  • Coordinate with sales, project management, dispatch, and field teams to identify strong content opportunities.
  • Capture customer success stories, project highlights, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes company content.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of photos, videos, project footage, b-roll, logos, templates, and marketing assets.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, reels, social posts, and promotional assets.
  • Assist with writing captions, post copy, headlines, and basic marketing content as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all photo, video, and social media content.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas that align with Wilmot's brand and audience.
  • Support the creation of content for new product launches, promotions, events, trade shows, and community initiatives.
  • Help ensure content is posted on schedule and optimized for each platform.
  • Perform additional marketing and content-related duties as assigned.

  • Experience filming and editing video content required.
  • Photography experience preferred.
  • Social media content creation experience preferred.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Vegas Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ability to capture professional-looking video and photo content in active jobsite environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a growing content library.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Comfortable traveling locally and regionally to jobsites as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a marketing team.
  • Creative eye for framing, lighting, storytelling, and capturing moments that feel authentic.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Construction, modular building, real estate, architecture, manufacturing, or jobsite experience is a plus.
  • Drone photography/videography experience is a plus.
  • Podcast, livestream, studio, or multi-camera production experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
