Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a hands-on technical execution role responsible for website management, video production and editing, written content support, and marketing analytics.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position works closely with the Marketing Assistant and cross-functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who takes initiative, manages multiple projects effectively, and thrives in a structured B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

Maintain the company WordPress website, including structure, backend updates, content revisions, technical enhancements, and broken link resolution
Manage updates across product pages, careers, news, and other key site sections
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product accuracy, brand consistency, and user-friendly site experience
Execute SEO updates including metadata, tags, keyword integration, and on-page optimization
Maintain the digital catalog app used on RSM iPads, ensuring product data, branding, and user experience are current and consistent

Content Production - Video

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to align video content with overall digital strategy and brand tone
Coordinate capture and organization of visual content from customer visits and internal projects
Partner with field teams to collect footage when appropriate
Edit video content to align with brand standards and messaging
Manage and optimize AdeptAg's YouTube channel, including uploads, thumbnails, SEO metadata, and performance reporting
Coordinate with the Marketing Assistant on distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Maintain a centralized photo and video library for Sales and Marketing use

Content Production - Written & Email

Support development of articles, case studies, and marketing campaigns
Assist with email campaign creation and copywriting in HubSpot
Draft copy, build email templates, and support workflow setup
Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and strategic objectives

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze performance data across Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and HubSpot
Develop and maintain monthly KPI reports to measure marketing performance
Identify trends and insights to inform strategy and campaign optimization
Support data-driven decision-making within the marketing team

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or similar role
B2B experience preferred (manufacturing, agriculture, horticulture, or industrial sectors valued)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Technical Skills and Competencies

Strong WordPress website management experience, including backend updates and minor HTML/CSS adjustments
Proficiency in video editing platforms such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
HubSpot experience preferred (experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms considered)
Proficiency in Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Understanding of SEO best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional communication skills
