Job description

We’re partnering with a well-known apparel brand seeking two Sample Coordinators to assist with organizing and building a large apparel sample archive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Working alongside the internal Sample Coordination team, you’ll help catalog, organize, barcode, and archive thousands of garments while ensuring the sample library is maintained accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain a sample archive of 8,000–10,000 garments
  • Identify garments and accurately enter product information into the database
  • Barcode, tag, bag, and archive samples
  • Hang garments on racks and organize them by category
  • Maintain garment bags and overall archive organization
  • Assist with sample intake and inventory tracking
  • Support ongoing sample library organization and maintenance
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the internal Sample Coordination team to maintain organization standards


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sample coordination, fashion, retail, product development, production, inventory, or warehouse environments preferred
  • Comfortable working in a physical role with frequent standing, lifting, and moving garments throughout the day
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for fashion and apparel is a plus
