Summary

This key position supports delivering Quality to the entire organization. The selected candidate willbe responsible formaintainingthe CAE USA Process Asset Libraries by improving, releasing, and cancelingprocesses and supportingthe Quality and Continuous Improvement Organizationin accordance withcorporate strategies andobjectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works with Process Owners, as theinitialPAL point of contact,tomaintainthe content, authorization, and suitability of the process library.
  • Protects the library (e.g., from loss of integrity, unauthorized changes, or improper use)
  • Ensures availability of the process library for use
  • Removes obsolete process documents from the library to prevent unintended use
  • Maintains version control of master document files
  • Ensures only authorized new documents, document changes, or document cancellations are published to the PAL
  • Ensures proper completion ofnew,change, release, and cancellation requests.
  • Maintain document revisions and releases process documents
  • Checks process document submittals for adherence to required templates.
  • Follows and assigns document numbering conventions to new process documents using the required naming convention guidelines.
  • Monitors workflow from submittal to publishing, notification, and closure.
  • Maintains PAL-Admin templates, tools, work instructions, and processes, and completes an annual review of these tools.
  • Maintains the list of business process owners for each organizational function.
  • Maintains PAL-Admin change controlrecords.
  • Provides overall process guidance and education to users of the PAL change process.
  • Establishestracking system to ensure requiredmaintenancereviews /updates areaccomplished.

These responsibilities are for administrative support to the Quality and ContinuousImprovement Organization:

  • Provides administrative support during Internal and External Audits
  • Maintainthe required cadence of metrics and data reporting/pulling, whenrequired
  • Provides web-basedcontent administration for Quality Assurance organization
  • Maintain flexibility to support as hoc administrative tasks for the Quality and Continuous Improvement Organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Associate's degreeor equivalent work experience
  • Experience with AS9100 preferred, but notrequired
  • Highly proficient with MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio, Teams,SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
