Overview of position:

We are looking for a Platform Analyst, Junior work in Indianapolis, IN.

An active Secret and a United States Citizenship is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Support knowledge management activities for CCE engineering teams
  • Maintain technical library with up-to-date documentation
  • Organize and maintain operating manuals, application documentation, and training manuals
  • Support documentation of hardware and software interface specifications
  • Assist with Monthly Status Report preparation and data collection
  • Maintain user guides and support documentation
  • Support configuration baseline documentation
  • Archive system releases and maintain version control
  • Assist with lessons learned documentation
  • Coordinate document reviews and approvals

Experience/Skills:

  • Entry-level position - no prior experience required
  • Security+ or SSCP certification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
