Are you an organized administrative professional who enjoys keeping information accurate, supporting business operations, and working with teams across an organization?
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support business operations, reporting, SharePoint content management, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who can balance multiple priorities, maintain accurate business information, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects and daily operations moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites, document libraries, and business records to ensure information is accurate and accessible
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather, organize, and communicate business information
• Generate reports, track project activities, and maintain operational documentation
• Support multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and track invoices, expense reports, and budget-related documentation
• Maintain accurate records and support process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Experience working with SharePoint, document libraries, content management systems, or business records
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience working with stakeholders, customers, SMEs, or cross-functional teams to gather and communicate information
• Experience creating reports, tracking data, or maintaining operational records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting business operations, project coordination, or administrative functions
• Experience with invoice processing, expense reporting, or budget support

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
