Our Team
Our Northwest Animal Care Hospital is looking for an outstanding 6th Veterinarian to join our amazing team to work in carrying out our mission - To serve clients beyond their expectations by offering genuine care, comfort, and high-quality medicine.
We provide white-glove patient care, superior client service, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Ideal candidates will be committed to building relationships with our clients as well as working up challenging internal medicine cases.
We are a fast-paced, small animal hospital that has been serving the Everett community for over 18 years.
Our hospital is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiology, ultrasound, in house laboratory, therapeutic laser, hydrotherapy, paper-lite practice management software, and for those who love surgery, all the tools to complete technical orthopedic procedures such as fracture repairs and TPLOs (orthopedic skillset is not a provision of hiring.)
Our veterinarians work collaboratively to provide exceptional medical care to our patients. We offer a fun but professional work environment with a team of support staff that includes seven fully utilized licensed technicians, many highly skilled assistants, and an outstanding reception team. All together a support staff to DVM ratio of 6 to 1.

Experience & Skills Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or Equivalent degree required.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL range starting at $1 30 ,000 / year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
