We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and concerns in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Maintain and improve office systems and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and company travel
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with marketing efforts through community events, print materials, and digital platforms

Compensation:

$44,000 base + bonus


Responsibilities:
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Assist with inputting listings in the MLS
  • Manage all paperwork in the office
  • Purchase office supplies as needed
  • Assist in planning office events (happy hours/team outings)
  • Manage front desk Receptionist duties such as faxing, sorting mail, and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Prepare the office area by making it tidy for visitors and make sure all office supplies are stocked

Qualifications:
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary
