Job description

The position:

Northwest Surrogacy Center, LLC is seeking a warm and professional person with superior oral and written communication skills to fill the position of Receptionist. The Receptionist will answer phones, welcome clients, sort mail, order office supplies, scan and provide assistance with various office projects.

The law firm of Bouneff, Chally & Koh, and Intend/AsiaWest Egg Donors share office space and administrative resources with NW Surrogacy Center. The Receptionist position will support all of these businesses, which total about 50 employees.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with a diverse population with ease in person, on the phone, and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills are essential. Prior multi-line phone experience a plus. Candidate will have a professional demeanor and a friendly and outgoing personality. Candidate must be comfortable working with LGBT staff, clients, and surrogates. Bachelor's degree required.
