Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle all coming phone calls
  • Cashier will handle payments from service customers
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate parties, service advisors, parts department, etc.
  • Schedule appointments for customers with Special order parts.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and pose. When necessary, refer a dissatisfied customer to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
  • Answer online chat communications
