As our Service Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive the growth and success of our Service Department while ensuring the highest standards of pool maintenance, customer satisfaction, and team development. With a balance of leadership, technical expertise, and customer-focused service, you'll make a real impact every day.


What You'll Be Doing:

Service Manager Operations & Scheduling

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily service routes for our skilled technicians.
  • Keep things running smoothly with timely responses to service requests, repairs, and emergencies.
  • Monitor workloads to ensure efficiency and keep customers smiling!

 Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor our technicians and service coordinators.
  • Lead regular performance reviews and provide coaching to help the team grow.
  • Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes safety, professionalism, and accountability.

Customer Care

  • Be the go-to person for resolving escalated service issues and ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Provide quotes, explain repair options, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Cultivate repeat business and customer loyalty with your exceptional care and communication.

Technical & Compliance

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of pool equipment (pumps, heaters, filtration systems, and more).
  • Stay ahead of industry regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Keep service records, warranties, and inventory logs up to date.

Requirements


  • Leadership Skills: You know how to inspire, motivate, and guide a team      to success.
  • Experience:  3-5 years in pool service, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field - with      some management experience.
  • Technical Expertise: You're comfortable troubleshooting plumbing,      electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
  • Problem Solver: You think on your feet and enjoy solving complex      technical issues.
  • Tech Savvy: You've got experience with scheduling and CRM      software (bonus points for NetSuite and ServicePRO).
  • Certifications:  Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus (we can help you get it if you don't have it!).
  • Clean  Driving Record: A valid driver's license is a must.
