We are looking for: Program Manager

About the Role: As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Eagle, you will play a high-impact role in coordinating the programs that bring our hardware to market — from design through certification, manufacturing ramp, and customer delivery. You will interface with engineering, manufacturing, product management, external design partners, and certification bodies, keeping complex programs on track in a fast-moving, start-up environment. If you thrive in environments where no two days are the same and your work has visible company-level impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of technical programs across Eagle's product portfolio, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Oversee hardware certification programs — including FCC/IC, PTCRB, GCF, and carrier certifications — tracking timelines, lab engagements, and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with contract design firms and manufacturing partners, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Interface with production planning and logistics team in Penang to align technical requirements with manufacturing capabilities and volume ramp schedules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure accurate data within ERP systems.
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate program status to leadership with transparency and consistency.
  • Contribute to broader operational needs across the business as Eagle scales — this is a start-up, and wearing multiple hats is expected and valued.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with a focus on hardware or embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with hardware certification processes (FCC, PTCRB, carrier certifications) and ECO workflows.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and working in production or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and design partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to embrace AI tools and toolsets as a minimum required skill.
  • Experience in cellular module, wireless hardware, or electronics manufacturing.
  • Start-up experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial drive.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating with regulatory bodies or test labs.

What We Offer:

  • A central role in a company redefining wireless hardware manufacturing.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • A collaborative, high-ownership environment where your impact is tangible.
  • The chance to work alongside a passionate team that values speed, quality, and innovation.
