Apple Used Autos is seeking a motivated and career-driven Sales & Finance Manager in Training to learn all aspects of dealership sales and finance operations. This role is designed to develop future leadership within our organization and ultimately prepare the right candidate to lead a sales department.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee the customer sales process from initial engagement through vehicle delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle inventory, products, and dealership programs.
  • Manage vehicle stocking, tracking, pricing, and market-based adjustments.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to vehicle sales and finance.
  • Secure financing for customers and present available vehicle protection products and coverages.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales team members.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Support dealership operations by assisting with scheduling needs and partnering with the General Manager to guide the Variable Operations team.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and trends.
