About the Role

As a Director of Global Alliances, you will be part of a highly experienced team responsible for developing, leading, and executing strategic partner initiatives. In this role, you will help deepen and expand the partner ecosystem, shaping and advancing go to market strategies that drive demand generation, increase solution visibility, and support sustained revenue growth across partner networks and the broader industry. You will play a key role in fostering long term, mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to business growth, innovation, and scalable adoption of solutions. This role will be an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partner strategies to expand our partner ecosystem.

  • Shape and drive our go-to-market strategy.

  • Fuel demand generation and amplify solution visibility across partner networks.

  • Scale solution adoption across the industry.

  • Nurture long-term, mutually beneficial partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with a data-driven mindset.

  • Proven work experience in relevant roles.

  • Motivated self-starter, comfortable taking direction from senior leadership and collaborating with peers.

  • Proven track record in maintaining partner relationships and enabling sales organizations to sell through partners.

  • Strong product management and technology sensibility for assessing the feasibility of partner solutions/platforms.

  • Executive presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including:

    • Creating executive presentations and external sales presentations.

    • Leading in-person/virtual presentations internally or externally.

    • Creating strategic briefs and plans.

  • In-depth experience operating within and project managing cross-functional teams (product management, customer success, legal, finance, marketing, technology, etc.).
