Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation and Customer Data Management. About This Role:
This position performs moderate research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure (VMs, AKS, App Services, Networking).
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (including Helm charts).
  • Monitor system performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
  • Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows (DevSecOps).
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for production support and incident resolution.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years in DevOps or related roles.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Azure DevOps Services and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.Advanced Git skills and branching strategies.Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, ELK stack, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and API management.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
