About Our Team

PDC Delivery Channels is responsible for implementation consulting, solution advisory, analytics, migration support, optimization, and expert escalation services for API Direct and Strategic Batch Consulting customers.

The organization works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Fulfillment, Support, Market Planning, and Customer Experience teams to help customers successfully implement, optimize, and expand their use of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and services. The team focuses on improving customer outcomes, accelerating time-to-revenue, increasing scalability, and supporting business growth.

About the Role

This role is responsible for identifying opportunities that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness, and business results within Strategic Batch Consulting and API Direct.

The role partners with Consulting, Product, Engineering, Sales, Fulfillment, Support, Market Planning, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive measurable business results.

This role supports revenue growth, customer retention, customer experience, and operational effectiveness initiatives. Responsibilities include evaluating opportunities, developing recommendations, defining success measures, tracking results, and supporting Delivery Channels leadership in evaluating and prioritizing improvement opportunities.

Success is measured through improvements in revenue growth, customer retention, customer experience, operational effectiveness, scalability, customer adoption, and time-to-revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Identify customer, operational, and business improvement opportunities within Strategic Batch Consulting and API Direct.

  • Research issues, understand root causes, evaluate potential solutions, and develop recommendations.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Market Planning, Consulting, Support, Fulfillment, Customer Experience, and other teams to develop and implement improvements.

  • Evaluate opportunities based on customer impact, business value, revenue potential, effort required, and organizational priorities.

  • Work with Delivery Channels leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain visibility and alignment on key initiatives and improvement opportunities across Delivery Channels.

  • Lead initiatives that improve customer experience, customer retention, onboarding, implementation effectiveness, operational effectiveness, and business performance.

  • Support revenue growth and customer retention efforts through identification of customer, product, process, and operational opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, increase consistency, and improve scalability.

  • Define success measures, track results, and communicate business impact.

  • Report progress, recommendations, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted partner for strategic improvement efforts across Delivery Channels.

Requirements
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, operational improvement efforts, consulting activities, or similar strategic work.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience evaluating opportunities and developing practical recommendations.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $99,700 - $166,000.
