Join our team to be a part of the excitement! We at Levy are partnering with the Rose Quarter to create a shared vision of elevated and inclusive hospitality that proudly embodies Portland's unique food story.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
While no two events are quite the same, here's what you can expect as a Suites Runner -
  • Assist the Suite Captain with delivering meals and beverages to guests in suites
  • Set up each suite with preordered and complimentary food & beverage product and required serving equipment
  • Fulfill guest orders for food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Present and serve desert cart to each suite during events
  • Responsible for keeping the Suite work areas and equipment clean in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
  • Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
