Job Summary

Crafting unforgettable guest experiences through curated events, personalized service, and immersive hospitality

We are seeking an exceptionally polished, detaildriven candidate to lead the creation, execution, and visual presentation of our highend Food & Beverage experiences.  This professional will be responsible for designing, orchestrating, and personalizing guest experiences in our venues or immersive spaces.  They will be tasked with going beyond operational management to craft memorable, tailored experiences that align with our brand's identity and our clients' expectations.  This role blends luxury hospitality management with impeccable etiquette standards, event layout expertise, menu and tablescape design, and creative marketing presentation.

The ideal candidate has a refined eye for aesthetics, a servicefirst mindset, and the ability to bring elevated event concepts to life from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and overseeing Food & Beverage events, and experiences that feel unique and elevated. 
  • Ensuring every touchpoint from decor to service, Food & Beverage atmosphere aligns with the desired guest experience.
  • Training and leading staff to deliver exceptional, consistent service
  • Oversee planning and execution of premium Food & Beverage events, ensuring flawless service, timing, and guest experience.
  • Design elevated tablescapes, buffet presentations, and decor elements that match brand standards and client vision.
  • Ensure all event spaces meet visual and experiential standards prior to guest arrival.
  • Maintain current understanding of culinary trends, dietary needs, and premium ingredient options.
  • Oversee menu printing, display signage, and aesthetic presentation of food and drink offerings.
  • Ensure proper Food & Beverage setup including place settings, plateware, lighting, and focal points.
Etiquette & Service Standards
  • Establish service protocols that reflect fivestar hospitality, including table service etiquette, timing, and guest communication standards.
  • Train teams on finedining expectations (e.g., wine service, tray handling, synchronized service).
Qualifications & Competencies
  • 3-5+ years in luxury Food & Beverage operations, event design, or hospitality management.
  • Strong understanding of finedining etiquette, event flow, and high-end service standards.
  • Proven experience with event layout tools, Food & Beverage event orders (BEOs), and diagramming software.
  • Creative eye for design with ability to produce polished visual concepts.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clientfacing skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional presence and refined interpersonal etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
  • Ability to lead high-performing teams under pressure.
  • Creativity with a luxury aesthetic.
