$260,000 – $400,000+

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing commercial banks, private credit funds, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions.

Ideal Background

3–8 years of finance, banking, leveraged finance, or commercial lending experience
• Experience with commercial lending, acquisition financings, syndicated lending, or private credit transactions preferred
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, or direct lenders
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, loan documents, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents
• Experience with sponsor-backed transactions, asset-based lending, or cash flow lending is a plus
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
