We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist II to provide advanced technical support, lead IT projects, and serve as a senior resource within our IT team. This role is responsible for resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues, supporting enterprise applications, mentoring junior team members, and helping ensure the reliability and security of our IT environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and enterprise applications.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and user accounts.
  • Lead IT projects including system upgrades, deployments, and security initiatives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Create technical documentation and provide end-user and team training.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and support knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and support business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, endpoint security, and ticketing systems.
  • Experience supporting ERP, ITSM, and multi-site environments preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to company locations as needed.
Work Environment

This is an office-based position with occasional travel and participation in an on-call rotation.
