About the Role:

BuildCore is hiring an Atlanta-based Regional Superintendent to lead multifamily (MFR) and commercial

renovation projects across metro Atlanta and additional regional markets. The work spans MFR unit

renovations, commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and capital improvement programs for both

asset types. This role fits a high-performing construction professional who values variety, autonomy,

and accountability, spending time on the road visiting projects, in the field solving problems, completing

estimates, and using technology to drive execution.

BuildCore serves investors, owners, and property managers across 17+ markets and runs on EOS. You

will own a weekly Scorecard, carry 90-day Rocks, and participate in a weekly Level 10 Meeting where

issues get identified, discussed, and solved. We are building toward employee ownership, and we are

looking for leaders who think and act like owners, take responsibility for outcomes, protect margin, and

push projects forward without being asked.


What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years managing multifamily or commercial renovation and capital improvement projects.

• Hands-on experience with MFR unit renovations and commercial tenant improvements

• Strong field leadership and subcontractor management skills

• Comfortable with frequent regional travel and dynamic workloads

• Solid command of renovation and tenant improvement scopes including flooring, paint, roofing,

HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

• Tech-forward and fluent with mobile reporting tools

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable

• Ownership mindset treats every project and every dollar like their own.

Requirements:

What You'll Do:

• Oversee active MFR unit renovation, commercial renovation, tenant improvement, and capital

improvement projects across metro Atlanta and surrounding markets.

• Travel frequently, generally day to week trips, to support high-volume or underperforming projects.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and scope reviews

• Complete field estimates and support pricing validation

• Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and closeouts.

• Drive quality, safety, and compliance with Georgia building codes and local permitting requirements.

• Control costs and protect profitability on every project.

• Use BuildCore's technology and process to provide real-time reporting.

• Own your weekly Scorecard measurables and bring issues to the Level 10 Meeting for IDS

• Support training and onboarding of field teams and vendors

• Represent BuildCore professionally with clients, tenants, and partners.
