TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our rural health clinic in Lenawee County, Michigan. This full-time opportunity (5 days per week) offers the stability of a consistent schedule, the autonomy of primary care practice, and the fulfillment that comes from serving a close-knit rural community.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You'll manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care, and build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and families.
You'll enjoy clinical autonomy within a collaborative care model, supported by TeamHealth's experienced clinical and operational leadership. Compensation is estimated salary range of $125,000 -$131,000 annually with uncapped productivity-based earning potential.

Qualifications
  • Board-certified FNP or PA
  • Active Michigan license (or eligibility) and DEA
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a primary care setting preferred
  • Ability and willingness to provide care to patients of all ages, including infants
  • Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in rural or community-based healthcare
