General Job Description:

Front of the House Team Members (FOH TMs) delight guests as a milkshake/lemonade maker and order taker on a Mighty Fine service line. They work closely with fellow team members and managers to make sure each guest receives the highest quality products and service in a friendly, professional manner. The FOH TM is an effective part of Mighty Fine and maintains confidentiality, loyalty and other company standards as directed.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Sense of urgency

Menu knowledge

Takes and rings up guest orders accurately. Uses the order taking script when taking care of guests.

Properly handles cash transactions while maintaining an organized cash register.

Cleans, organizes and stocks stations.

Properly prepares shakes and lemonade to guest order. Follows recipe processes. Delivers orderswithin speed of service standards.

Ensures lemonade holding times are strictly adhered to.

Follows proper food handling and food safety practices.

Maintains a clean and organized work area.

Works with other Mighty Fine team members as a team player.

Operates cashier and shake stations with speed and efficiency while maintaining excellent guest service standards and quality assurance.

Completes daily and weekly cleaning duties as scheduled.

Reports to work on time and dressed in the correct uniform.

Understands company policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Performs other tasks or duties required to successfully and efficiently operate the restaurant as directed by the General Manager or Restaurant Manager.
