Full-Time | $110,000 Salary + Performance Bonus
Location: Metro Detroit (Hybrid / Travel Required)
About the Role

The Lead Injector and Trainer position was created to support Oli’s next stage of growth. This role blends clinical excellence with leadership, mentorship, and education. You will serve as both a clinical leader and cultural representative, ensuring that every provider and patient experience meets Oli’s high standards of care.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced injector who is ready to grow beyond the treatment room and help train, develop, and inspire the next generation of providers. You will work directly with Oli’s founders and medical staff to lead injector training programs, support onboarding, and elevate the overall clinical and cultural standards of the organization.
Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new injectors through both virtual and in-person sessions
• Maintain and enhance Oli’s clinical education standards, operating procedures, and treatment protocols
• Provide direct patient care and model best practices for new and existing injectors
• Support live patient training days and provider shadowing sessions
• Deliver constructive feedback to help injectors build confidence, technique, and patient relationships
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement in education and patient experience
• Ensure every treatment reflects Oli’s emphasis on safety, natural results, and personalized care
• Assist with quality assurance, adverse event reviews, and documentation oversight
Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PA-C or NP license in Michigan
• Minimum of five years of experience performing cosmetic injections
• Strong clinical background in neuromodulators, filler, microneedling, and chemical peels
• Deep knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and elevating others
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working within a fast-growing organization
• Willingness to travel to new markets for training and support
