Job description

Welcome to Uncle Kebba's Lemonade!

-We specialize in old fashioned fresh squeezed lemonade, limeade, and orangeade! Made fresh to order right in front of the customer!

-We have shifts available all across NOVA, DC, and MD including Arlington, Alexandria, Woodbridge, Brambleton, Manassas, and Frederick.

-We also do business at multiple fairs and street festivals throughout the summer.

-Our season runs from the first week of March through the end of November.

**Cleanliness, friendliness, service with a smile, safety**

Slinger responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up on site and ensuring supplies are fully stocked before event begins
  • Keeping supplies stocked throughout the event
  • Assisting managers in production and service
  • Making drinks and taking payments when needed
  • Ensuring cleanliness and safety of work area
  • Knowing product inventory, recipes, and pricing
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of supplies at closing
  • Reporting any issues or needs to manager
  • Ensuring a five-star customer experience

What we expect from you:

  • You are: friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers, management, and ownership
  • 18 years or older
  • Available to work at least 3 shifts per week
  • Available to work minimum 3 weekends per month
  • Punctual
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for up to 6 hours
  • Comfortable making drinks and cleaning work areas and supplies
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
  • Willing to learn and embrace our culture

**Training wage is $12/hr. Regular wage is $15/hr. Slingers will also earn tips (including training shifts)

**Food service industry experience required

**Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
