What you'll do

Our Director, TPO, Commercial Solutions will serve as a strategic leader in the CPG/Retail application space, bridging the gap between strategic business needs for Sales Enablement, Finance/Revenue Management, and technical execution within a product-based organizational structure. This leader will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving product vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic link between IT and the US Commercial business unit.
  • Own and drive the US Commercial technology roadmap aligned to business and global IT strategy.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
  • Define and manage the IT engagement model (intake, prioritization, delivery, support).
  • Translate business needs into technology requirements and articulate IT value.
  • Serve as senior escalation point for critical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering business partnership and delivery excellence.
