Job Summary
Lemonade Mental Health is a growing, culturally responsive group practice dedicated to supporting young adults and international students. We provide psychotherapy, medication management, and group therapy in a warm, collaborative environment. We believe “If life gives you lemons, let’s make lemonade.” We are committed to creating a supportive space for both our clients and our clinicians to grow.

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with diverse populations, including international students navigating cultural adjustment, academic stress, anxiety, depression, and identity-related concerns.
We welcome clinicians from all backgrounds. Fluency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is highly valued, as many of our clients prefer to receive care in their native language.

Responsibilities 
  • Identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns and provide diagnoses
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (telehealth and/or in-person, if applicable)
  • Implement evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Refer clients to other providers when appropriate
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation of patient information and treatment plan (e.g., intake, progress notes, treatment plans)
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other team members when appropriate
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, or supervision (as needed)
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards in Massachusetts
  • Support a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted LICSW license in Massachusetts
  • Ability to provide telehealth services to clients physically located in MA
  • Experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults or young adults
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to complete notes promptly
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other Asian languages
  • Experience working with international students or multicultural populations
  • Interest in integrating culturally sensitive approaches into therapy
  • Experience with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, or adjustment-related concerns
  • Prior experience in group practice or telehealth settings
