Job Details

Job Duties:

  • Independently manage plaintiff-side warranty and consumer protection cases from intake to resolution
  • Evaluate claims, conduct consultations, and provide sound legal guidance
  • Draft litigation documents including complaints, discovery, law and motion, and settlement demands
  • Negotiate favorable settlements and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong client communication throughout the legal process
Requirements & Qualifications
  • J.D. and active license to practice law in California
  • 3+ years of litigation experience within Lemon Law or consumer warranty cases
  • Additional background in plaintiff personal injury litigation is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a large caseload and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills
  • Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills
