Job description

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a Los Angeles Litigation Boutique law firm in their search for a Temporary Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in California, able to work on a hybrid basis in Los Angeles and meet the following requirements:
  • At least two years of experience litigating Lemon Law and/or insurance defense cases in state court.
  • Experience managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing for hearings and mediation.
  • Excellent research and writing skills are required.
  • A competitive salary hourly rate is offered.
