Responsibilities
Avagyan Law Firm is hiring a driven Lemon Law Attorney to represent consumers against automobile manufacturers and dealerships.
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation Lemon Law matters
• Advocate aggressively for clients and maximize case results
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and manufacturers
Qualifications
• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of plaintiff-side Lemon Law experience
• Strong knowledge of the California Song-Beverly Act
• Lemon Law litigation experience required
• Strong negotiation, research, and writing skills
• Ability to manage cases independently
