Job description

Cloud925 helps solo and small law firms build smarter, more sustainable practices through better systems, automation, and legal tech. We're looking for a Legal Tech AI & Automation Assistant who loves systems, automation, and figuring out how tools work. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build, maintain, and support automations in common tools (like Airtable, Make.com, n8n, etc.) but also legal tech specific tools (like Clio, Gavel, MyCase, Lawmatics, etc.) Design and support CRMs and internal workflows Create documentation and SOPs Communicate with clients via email as needed WHO YOU ARE Highly proactive and self-directed (no micromanagement needed) Curious, resourceful, and constantly learning new tools Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Detail-oriented and enjoys behind-the-scenes work Clear, professional written communicator This is not a coaching or consulting role.

DETAILS Remote role (EST preferred; Florida is a plus) Part-time or full-time, with long-term growth potential Legal industry knowledge is a huge bonus, but not required Starting at $18-20hr, with tons of room to grow Flexible schedule (as long as deadlines are met) and completely remote with just some future travel for conferences & team trainings (expenses covered) If you get excited about clean systems, smart automations, and making businesses run better behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
