We are looking for a Legal Services Assistant . This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in building a long-term career in the legal field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client communication and intake.
  • Schedule appointments, hearings, and deadlines.
  • Prepare and organize legal documents and case files.
  • File documents with courts and maintain accurate records.
  • Support attorneys with case preparation and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.


Qualifications:

  • Previous legal assistant, paralegal, or law office experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
