What is a legal recruiting manager?

A Legal Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process of attorneys and other legal professionals within a law firm or legal department. They develop and implement strategies to attract top legal talent, coordinate interviews and hiring events, and manage relationships with law schools and recruitment agencies.
